  • Durable Ripstop Ballistic Cover: This heavy-duty cover will withstand scratching, digging, and occasional mouthing or gentle chewing. Great for dogs that like to get a little rough with their beds, but not chew proof. For dogs that tend to chew heavily when crated, especially due to anxiety, we recommend one of our Chew Proof Armored Padded Dog Crate beds instead.
  • High Quality CertiPUR-US Certified Mattress: Our foam mattresses are made in the USA, from USA-made foam that has been certified by CertiPUR-US to meet their rigorous durability, content, and emission standards. This foam is made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, regulated phthalates, heavy metals like mercury or lead, and is low VOC.
  • Orthopedic Support: The solid foam mattress provides dense, firm support for your dog's joints, hips, and spine for optimal comfort in the crate. Unlike egg crate foam and other cheap, flimsy mattresses, our orthopedic crate beds don't lose support or flatten over time, even for the biggest and heaviest of breeds. Mattress thickness varies by bed size, ensuring the perfect balance between comfort and firmness for every dog breed.
  • Easy Clean: The ballistic material is fur, dirt, stain, and odor resistant. It can be spot-cleaned between uses with a damp towel, or you can remove the cover and machine wash it for a deeper cleaning. The mattress also comes with a sturdy mattress protector that can also be machine washed if needed.
  • Anchor Point Tie-Downs: Each corner of the pad has a loop of fabric that can be used to tie the bed down to the bottom of the crate. Simply loop a zip tie through the anchor and around the wire of the crate and then tighten to install. For best results, use the bottom wires of the crate, rather than the sides. One pack of zip ties is included with each pad.
